Turning one is a monumental milestone, and I had the joy of capturing all the magic of Leo’s first birthday with this space-themed cake smash session. Filled with bright smiles, cosmic charm, and just the right amount of cake mess, this gallery is one for the stars!
Leo’s session was out of this world! Styled with a celestial theme, the navy blue backdrop, shimmering silver and gold accents, and adorable astronaut details brought the galaxy to life. Leo was dressed to impress in his bow tie and suspenders, and his personality lit up the room from the moment he arrived.
Of course, the highlight of the day was the cake smash itself! With a custom cake decorated in stunning watercolor blues and gold stars, Leo wasn’t too sure about his cake at first, but that’s completely normal! Some little ones dive right in, while others take a more cautious approach. Leo gave it a few hesitant tastes and explored it carefully, which made for some incredibly sweet and authentic moments.
The session ended with a sweet bubble bath —a perfect way to wrap up a first birthday celebration.
